Rashid bey Afandiyev
Rashid Afandiyev was born in Sheki. He began get religious education when he was 7. later in 1876 he began study in Russian school. After 2 years he came to Tiflis. Then he entered Gori Pedagogical Seminary in 1879. After graduating education in Seminary he had worked as teacher in Qabala, Sheki, Nakhchevan, Gori. |
