Adalat Valiyev

Valiyev Adalat Meqsed oglu was born in Baku, 1959. He graduated from the faculty of philology of the Baku State University. He led to Azerbaijan state academic drama theatre and Azerbaijan state Russian drama theatre. From 1993 he is the Deputy of Azerbaijan republic culture minister and from 2006 Deputy of Culture & Tourism Minister of Azerbaijan.

He is the member of writers union, Theatre Figures union, Republic culture workers Free Trade Unions, editorial office staff of newspapers «Mədəniyyət» and «Yaddaş», magazines «Mədəni-maarif» and «İncəsənət».

In ``Elm`` publishing house His monograph has published under the named «Azərbaycan milli teatr prosesinin çağdaş təşkilatlanma problemləri» In 2003, «Teatr sənətimiz: dünən, bu gün, sabah...» book has published in 2005, «Yeni təməl» book has published in 2007.

In 2005 he was awarded the awards «Qızıl dərviş» and «Humay».
