Adil Babayev

Adil Qafar oglu Babayev was born in Nakhchivan, 1925. he finished school in Nakhchivan and continued education in Tbilisi Azerbaijan secondary school named after M. F. Akhundzadeh. He had worked as corrector, chief of the department literature and culture in "Şərq qapısı" newspaper, Literary worker in "Kommunist" newspaper 1945-1947 , as translator in the "İnqilab və mədəniyyət" magazine 1947-1949, as Editor of the department of art literature In Azerbaijan State Publishing House.

In 1943 he entered Teachers institute named after A.S. Pushkin in Tbilisi. At the same time he was chief of "Sovet Gürcüstanı" newpaper ( literature department). He began creative work in 1939. first poems has been published in the "Gənc nəsil" and "Sovet Gürcüstanı" newspapers.

He graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts , in 1950. he got education in Institute of art and project during (1956-1958). His works - "Dağlar qızı", "Yarımçıq portret", "Mənim məhəbbətim", "Qız görüşə tələsir".

He died on 19 August, 1977 In baku.
