He was born on 24 January, 1909. He has finished Orchestra class of ASC and Conductor class of MSC (1938). He is one of the higher education conductor. During 1932-1979 he has worked as conductor in ASOBT.

During 1949-1962 he has led class of opera preparation of ASC. He was awarded the titles of Honored art worker of Azerbaijan republic (23 February, 1940), peoples artist (10 June, 1959). He has conducted operas and ballets such as “Koroglu”, «Leyli and Majnun» by Uzeyir Hajibeyli, «Shah Ismayil» by Muslum Magomayev, «Shakh-Senem» by Reinhold Glière, «Ivan Susanin» by Mikhail Glinka, « La traviata» , «Aida», « Rigoletto» by Giuseppe Verdi, «The Tsars Bride» and «Snow girl» by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, «Carmen» by Georges Bizet, « Pagliacci» by Ruggero Leoncavallo, "Aleko", by Sergei Rachmaninoff, « Mermaid» by Alexander Dargomyzhsky, « Eugene Onegin», "İolanta" by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. He died on 9 August , 1983.
