Aliheydar Alekperov
(26.7.1915-14.3.1975)
He was born in Baku on 26 July, 1915 and graduated from seven year school here. He got his first profession education in Baku Theatre School in 1931-1934. Aliheydar Abdulali oglu Alekperov graduated from Azerbaijan State Theatre Institute in 1964. He entered technical school and had worked as Assistant - producer,Producer laboratory assistant , Assistant of producer at the Academic National Dram Theatre. During 1960-1967 had worked as head producer in the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theatre.
He was a producer of "Eşq və intiqam" by Süleyman Sani Akhundov, "Solğun çiçəklər", "Almaz" by Jafar Jabbarly, "Böyük məhəbbət" , "İldırım" by Jabbar Mecnunbeyov, "Amerikanın səsi" by Boris Lavrenyov, "Mahnı dağlarda qaldı" by Ilyas Efendiyev , "İnsan" by Samed Vurgun, "Məşədi İbad" by Uzeyir Hjibeyov, "Qatır Məmməd" by Zeynal Khalil, "Durna" by Said Rustemov, "Milyonçunun dilənçi oğlu" by Əliheydər Ələkbərov and etc. He was awarded the Republic State Prize in 1967, for the spectacle "Mahnı dağlarda qaldı``. In 1949, was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Republic. Producer died on March 14 , 1975 and was buried in Baku.
